Super windy n I knew it would be cloudy but so warm so Kookie jumped in the back of the truck and to the park we went.
On the way up the trail I saw a couple of these guys taking pics of the rest of their gang, so I did a couple shots to get all of them here and on Mt P with Kookie

When I past these guys at firs the sun was out and there was a cob web shadow from the tree limbs, on the way back.. overcast no shadows :)

As soon as I got to the top of the trail I spotted this family.. knew the sun was too bright... shadows n stuff but wanted to capture em with the city below.

As the sun goes down there is a period it is too bright n will make people squint but in a few minutes it will dim and they can look toward it n get a warm glow

I saw these girls n was gonna wait n try to get a super sunset but the clouds came n I asked em for this candid shot n a posed shot.. some of their pals came but they weren't froggy  .. seeing em with stretched arms .. oh well :)

I was supposed to take the jeep to get a couple dings fixed thought it would be easy but I have to leave it off and didn't have any way to get home.. so I goofed off n went to Mt P Wasted day.. kind of but guess I will nap n go back tonight. This is a pic I took by setting the camera on the pads I placed there. I met a guy I had taken pics of before .. n took some of a couple others.. later tonight if I am froggy I will paste them on here.

First day of spring

Exciting stuff we did

Things we were proud of, our kids or fuzzy pals.

Our loses ... sad things in our lives... we must be crazy.

The 'share' recommendation to day was Rita (wife)

Reading shape magazines n having pics taken r sure to get u in shape.

Except for sympathy hugs and her family on the day she died, I have not even held anyone's hand since the 70s

... but some wishes.. guilty 🙃

I guess the thought of having a side kick sticks with you till the end.

Below the tiny pic in the middle I only have two pics of her at Mt P. Instamatic camera I think.

Imagining some year in the future my pics will pop n bring fond memories. ... maybe the old guy with the big dog took our pic. :)

Photos, the visual arts are all about light ...

Last night when I came out of Krogers a girl n her guy were getting in the car n she saw Kookie n hurried over wanting to give her pets.. my camera was behind the seat n couldn't get it...

I hardly went anywhere when Rita was hanging out n when she came back from town I asked if the pup got any pets .. some times but she would tell me about people driving in their cars taking her pics.

I remember seeing an army training film with a part telling em how to act when they were in other countries.. One suggestion was asking the locals to take their pics then asking to have a picture taken with them.

On mt p it is kind of like being at a dance n asking someone to take a spin.. very few total asses, but most of the time they r froggy n some times they are so grateful .. even wanted to pay me.

With the park badge I had made, one guy asked me if I was a park ranger :)

We have lots of locals who come back again and can take pics any times.. but sometimes they are visitors .. 

If you see someone laying their camera on the ground trying to get their pic with a timer or trying to stretch their arm to get em all in, ask if they would like for you to do a few pics for em. 

Of course there are many other uses for videos n pictures Like ...  😜

Had to pick up my taxes then out to Lowes to get stuff to finish my project. Took Kookie around the side to let her take care of  business n she zipped up where the guys were working.. n got her back in the truck.

I have seen so many prom pics on the gazebo that are backlit (worse than this)
All spruced up in their fancy duds n you couldn't make out who they were. This was a demo with and with out fill in flash and tricks to avoid reflections.
I cropped the other one in case they find it n want to post it.

Haven't felt great for a couple days.. but had fun thoughts of seeing beautiful girls, puppies n the sunset .. 
I have to pick up my taxes Monday so I might drive over.. but the Sunday night visitors won't be there.. .
I worked on my gadget today .. I have 50+ in it.
On the left is the phone holder, when I get it up, I might do a video clip of someone using it and put a link on the pad with instructions.
On the right, a micky mouse thingy.. don't figure it will last long.
I need to get it tacked weld but no longer have one
In the middle is a bogen head.. no longer made. I hate to leave it there.. so hard to find .. better than any of those with a quick release plate.. that are constantly lost.

If I had others to do pics of .. well it would be a better shot. Still need some stuff to finish up .. Next Sunday looks like a nice day to return :)

On the way down I saw a cute girl running up the hill n quickly got a pic of her.. just took one n she had her eyes closed.. so I won't post it. Wish I took a few 

 Haven't felt great for a couple days but I thought we should get out before the snow.. gonna be nice today .

When I get up I often visit the LHS alumni group n watching em change through the years... with rose colored glasses thinking I am Peter Pan.. well with lots of help from Paint Shop.

There is a wall outside the door that I get Kookie to sit on so I can do selfies with her. She is always sniffing n I have a hard time getting her to look at the camera when I do.

In this one I used the best one of me and a different with the best pic of Kookie n pasted them in this pic.

In full resolution the cracks show, hair growing out my ears..  If I make it till 2023 that is my final deadline.. of course in 2024 the big eclipse may draw me back

I thought it was gonna rain but went back to rescue the camera holder. Have to change some things and kind of hoped a girl who knows Kookie might come up.. Sunday

3/5  When I knew it was gonna be so nice, no exercise, trying to think of pics to take.

I knew it would be a great night, it might take me a couple days to post them.. have to edit some.
I will put the telephoto pics in a special album, n add a link here when I get em done.

I saw this girl n thought ... hmmm one of my fb pals. She said I took their pic at the park in the past when PuppyDog was my pal.

Stopped at the gas station n saw these guys trying to rescue a key from the locked doors, u know me, had to capture it.

I put these on the rail. People can't figure out how to use em.. but a couple did. Probably last a week :)

One for a phone camera and the one on the right for a regular camera.

The person with their phone places it horizontally and gently fastens it in by the little screw at the top.
They have their pals move into a position where they appear on the lcd screen

Press the timer and move to stand by their pals.
After a couple people figured out they caught on.. works great but I need to do more so it can't be goofed up.

Don't know how long it will last.. but :)

Had to go to the pill store today, kind of nasty so I was forced to go to Mt. P. after
Tomorrow... March 4th, it is supposed to be a decent day so we will return.
You know how u browse for stuff on the internet then pages you load keep pushing what u were looking for.. guess what hmmm

I had to do an Amazon return, should have waited gonna be warmer tomorrow... so after, to Mt. P. we went.

Goofing off last with maual focus n forgot to turn it on auto.. I can not see the lcd n thought I was taking good pics... good thing I took pics with their cameras too.

I did some 'art' work on this one.. think I did one with their camera.. object being higher so the fairgrounds appear below.. #risingpark

Finally figured it out and put it on auto focus.. but still not easy. In one pic the two girls on the left were looking down. In one pic the guy on the right had his eyes.. not a single good one but this one (cept the eyes) I fixed with a magic trick.

I also cropped this one to eliminate the drab sky.. a good one I think.

In a blue moon I get some great pics. What I do mostly I think, I capture pics of families, loves n pals.. photos they would not have taken otherwise. 

I like pics when they come from a distance, when it is their first time up here, first time they bring their boy/girl friend here.. magic moments captured

Driving the Liberty until it get's nicer, when we got out a girl noticed the plates and asked me if that came from the 60's ... yep it did  

It mean't bizarre, bizarro,  crazy, curious, eccentric, erratic, far-out, funky, funny, kinky, odd, off-kilter, off-the-wall, offbeat, out-of-the-way, outlandish, outré, peculiar, quaint,  quirky, ... 
That is how I picked a name for Kookie (the pup ) 

Before he became Gilligan Bob Denver was Maynard on a show called The Many loves of Dobie Gillis. (That is one of the nick names a kid tagged me with n stuck through high school) For some reason I got multiple nick names..

These guys had a drone.. I told em about thinking about getting one cept for the license stuff.. guess little ones there are no regulations..
Now about seeing the lcd screen... I hoped TheMick might be a pilot but farming girls have farming to do.
